Head of Controlling and Finance | UAB Roda, a part of IFN Holding
Talenteek’s client, UAB Roda, a part of the international IFN Holding, is a well-established manufacturer of European and Scandinavian-style windows and doors, supplying markets in Lithuania, Denmark, Iceland, Ireland, and Norway. Following its recent acquisition by IFN Holding, Roda is undergoing an integration process that requires the establishment of new financial control systems and group reporting structures.
We are seeking a Head of Controlling and Finance to work closely with both local and international teams – ensuring compliance with group-wide financial policies and reporting standards, while also supporting and overseeing local financial controlling processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure ongoing alignment of UAB Roda’s financial processes with IFN Holding’s group reporting standards and best practices.
Enhance controlling systems and processes to support business growth and reflect group-level requirements.
Support group-level financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, implementing necessary financial controls.
Work closely with the local finance team to ensure efficient daily financial operations.
Support financial planning, cost control, and performance monitoring to aid decision-making.
Oversee the procurement function, ensuring efficiency, cost optimization and best practices, while supporting negotiations and process improvements.
Provide financial input to support the CEO and IFN Holding in operational and strategic decisions.
WHAT COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid experience in accounting and controlling, ideally in a managerial role.
Experience in a production company or within an international holding is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, tax law and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges and optimizing workflows.
Expertise in procurement processes and supplier management and development, including cost optimization and negotiation strategies will be considered as a significant advantage.
Willingness to travel in Europe (~5%).
Fluency in English (German is an advantage).

SALARY RANGE:
A monthly basic salary EUR 3500-4500 gross. The final agreed salary will depend on your experience and competencies.

Girelės g. 20, Kaišiadorys (while a hybrid work approach is possible, the role requires a strong on-site presence.)
