Sales Development Representative

Whatagraph is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to play a key role in the sales cycle by identifying opportunities, connecting with marketing professionals, and qualifying leads.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research and Prospecting: Continuously research and identify potential customers (leads) through various channels to generate new sales opportunities.
Engage and Qualify Prospects: Communicate with digital marketing professionals through outbound cold calls, emails, and social media
Pipeline and CRM Management: Qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospects. Accurately log all activities, interactions, and opportunities in Salesforce to ensure data integrity and enable effective follow-up.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights and optimize the lead generation process.
Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads and the success of campaigns to help refine targeting and messaging.
WHAT COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR:
1+ years in B2B or B2C sales, with experience in cold calling.
A coachable, positive attitude with strong motivation to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively via phone and email.
Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
High level of resilience and perseverance in a target-driven environment.
A competitive drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and earn rewards.
Based in Vilnius, Lithuania or surrounding areas.

SALARY RANGE:
From EUR 2000 per month gross base salary + uncapped monthly commission. The final agreed salary will depend on your experience and competencies.
OFFICE LOCATION:
J. Basanavičiaus g. 15, Vilnius. Please note that this is an office-based role in Vilnius, with hybrid work options available after the probation period. Candidates unable to work on-site will not be considered.
