Our client – Fresenius Kabi is a global healthcare company specializing in lifesaving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion, and clinical nutrition. With the office in Vilnius, Fresenius Kabi Baltics is dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients in the Baltics providing innovative and reliable healthcare solutions.

At the moment, Fresenius Kabi is looking for a Commercial Data Analyst to join their team and support data-driven decision-making by managing, analyzing, and systematizing sales and tender data across the Baltic region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect, organize, and maintain sales and tender data across the Baltic countries, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• Analyze sales performance by customer, product group, and channel, and provide clear insights to support decision-making.

• Execute demand planning in SAP IBP, based on sales dynamics, input from business and corporate guidance.

• Develop and maintain Excel tools and Power BI dashboards for regular reporting and ad hoc analysis.

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including data consolidation and variance analysis.

• Deliver timely and accurate reports, while ensuring ongoing data quality and process improvements.

WHAT COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR:

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in a data-driven environment involving commercial, financial, or sales data.

• Strong proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, data visualization, and project planning) and Power BI.

• Strong attention to detail, structured approach to work, and ability to manage tasks with discipline and accuracy.

• Experience with ERP systems, and databases, as well as an interest in AI will be considered an advantage.

• Critical thinking and business acumen.

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

SALARY RANGE:

EUR 3000-3500 gross per month. The final agreed salary will depend on your experience and competencies.
