Talenteek’s client – CGTrader – is the world’s largest 3D model marketplace, connecting users worldwide and offering innovative, seamless digital experiences. As they continue to grow, CGTrader is looking for a creative and community-driven Content & Community Manager to help expand and energise their online presence.

The role is ideal for an ambitious, creative individual who thrives on engaging with digital communities, loves storytelling, and enjoys experimenting with fresh content formats across platforms — all in a full-time, remote position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Community Management

• Engage with the community on Discord and other online platforms: be the voice of the brand - answer questions, share updates, spark conversations, and keep the community active and engaged.

• Collect and Summarise User Feedback: channel insights from community interactions back into actionable improvements.

• Foster Conversations: keep the dialogue active and help your community feel heard and valued.

Content Creation

• Blog Writing: create compelling blog posts on assigned topics - bring your own voice.

• Storytelling: transform ideas into engaging stories and dynamic content formats.

• Creative Concept Development: brainstorm and design innovative concepts for social media content (posts, carousels, videos, etc.).

• Content Execution: use image and video editing tools to bring your ideas to life.

• Scheduling & Publishing: manage posting and scheduling across various platforms.

• Engage in YouTube content creation and management.

WHAT COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR:

• Community experience – you’ve built and managed online communities, understand how to keep them active, engaged, and thriving; comfortable using Discord for community engagement.

• Content creation - 3+ years of hands-on experience crafting engaging content across platforms, including video formats like reels.

• Editing skills - proficient with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, or other editing tools you prefer, with a strong eye for aesthetics.

• AI tools proficiency - comfortable using AI tools to streamline content creation and management.

• Proactive and self-motivated - you take initiative and find ways to boost community engagement without being asked.

• Remote-ready - you’re independent, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced, remote environments.

• Experience with 3D modelling or 3D printing is a big plus.

SALARY RANGE:

EUR 2630 to 3470 gross per month. The final agreed salary will depend on your experience and competencies.
