With the office in Vilnius, Fresenius Kabi Baltics is dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients in the Baltics providing innovative and reliable healthcare solutions.
To strengthen the regional finance function, Fresenius Kabi is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team in Vilnius. This role will focus on providing financial and commercial analysis for selected business units within the Baltic countries and Finland, supporting data-driven decisions and ensuring accurate, timely reporting to local management and headquarters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports for local teams and headquarters, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze financial and commercial performance — sales results, pricing, and profitability by product, customer, and business unit.
- Monitor key financial indicators and provide insights on deviations and trends.
- Develop and maintain Excel models and Power BI dashboards to automate and visualize financial and commercial data.
- Collect, organize, and maintain data ensuring integrity and consistency.
- Participate in month-end and quarterly closing activities and support process improvement/automation initiatives across systems.
WHAT COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years of experience in finance, controlling, or business analysis, ideally in an international or data-driven environment.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and performance tracking.
- Critical thinking and business acumen.
- Strong skills in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) and Power BI.
- Experience with ERP systems, and databases will be considered an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, structured approach to work, and ability to manage tasks with discipline and accuracy.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

SALARY RANGE:
EUR 2800-3500 gross per month. The final agreed salary will depend on your experience and competencies.
