Fresenius Kabi is looking for a Manager Biosimilars Baltics to join their team and take full responsibility for developing and executing commercial strategies, to strengthen market access, drive sustainable sales growth, and improve portfolio performance across the Baltics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maximize sales and market share of Fresenius Kabi’s biopharma portfolio in the Baltic region Develop and execute business and marketing plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and implementation of campaigns, to achieve revenue, profit, and strategic objectives.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, adding value to patients and ensuring the company’s performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee resources, support, and insights on market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer preferences for effective in-field execution.
Oversee brand management and corporate image, ensuring consistency across all marketing and promotional activities in the assigned region.
Lead, coach, and manage the performance of employees, fostering development while aligning team efforts with business goals.
Ensure the highest ethical standards by complying with regulations and Fresenius Kabi’s policies and values in all interactions and decisions.
WHAT COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR:
University degree in medical, pharmacy, or other biomedical sciences.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial role (Key Account Management experience preferred).
Prior sales experience in specialty care business.
Results-oriented professional with excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Creative, innovative and solution-oriented mindset.
Fluent in English.

SALARY RANGE:
Total compensation package of EUR 5200-6000 gross per month and a bi-annual performance-based bonus. The final agreed package will depend on your experience and competencies.
