DelfinGroup is rapidly growing in Lithuania and is seeking a Commercial Strategy Lead / Product Owner to join the Vilnius leadership team. While the company is part of a large, stable Nasdaq-listed group, the Lithuania office operates like a fast-moving fintech startup. In this role, the successful candidate will do more than monitor metrics; they will have the authority to shape loan product strategy, drive competitive moves, and directly grow the consumer lending business through data-backed initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Intelligence: Act as the Lithuanian market expert, establishing structured competitor monitoring across pricing, campaigns, and product positioning.
Commercial Strategy: Translate market dynamics into practical tactical initiatives and actionable recommendations for pricing and product adjustments.
Strategic Sparring: Act as a reliable commercial partner to the Country Manager and HQ stakeholders (Risk, IT, and Marketing) to influence campaign decisions and credit policy improvements.
Optimization: Support the optimization of acquisition funnels and campaign mechanics to strengthen the country’s commercial positioning.
Implementation: Anticipate competitor moves, explain the “why” behind market shifts, and support the local implementation of strategic initiatives.
Data-Driven Insight: Use structured thinking to turn complex market data into concrete, data-backed recommendations that drive measurable commercial impact.
WHAT COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR:
Industry Expertise: Proven experience within a Lithuanian consumer lender (payday, installment, or BNPL company) is required.
Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of pricing structures, acquisition mechanics, and commercial packaging.
Analytical Capability: Ability to interpret competitor moves beyond surface-level observation and translate analysis into action.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect numbers with business decisions and a preference for impact over pure reporting.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Confidence in working across teams including Sales, Marketing, Risk, and IT.
Languages: Fluency in both Lithuanian and English.

SALARY RANGE:
4.000-6.000 EUR gross per month. The final agreed salary will depend on your experience and competencies.
