Account Executive (Greek Market) | Sign on Tab

Our client, Sign on Tab, is looking for their first direct Account Executive for the Greek market. In this role, you will play a key key role in expanding Sign on Tab’s presence across Greece. You will be responsible for building and managing your own sales pipeline — from qualified opportunities to signed contracts.
This is a unique opportunity to enter a market where Sign on Tab already has active customers, live integrations, and growing market awareness — but where direct sales is only now being scaled locally. You will work closely with our client's HQ team, regional partners, onboarding specialists, and technical teams to drive new business and long-term customer relationships in Greece.
Sign on Tab is a tablet-based SaaS solution for digitising patient consents and other documentation. They do not replace Hospital Information Systems (HIS) — they integrate with them. Your role will be to sell value, efficiency, compliance, and operational improvements — not just software features.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and manage your own sales pipeline in Greece
Prospect and develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostics centers, and healthcare groups
Conduct discovery calls, demos, workshops, and on-site meetings
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with longer sales cycles (3–12 months)
Work together with HIS vendors, integration partners, and decision-makers
Participate in public procurement and tender-based opportunities where applicable
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and guide deals to closure
Maintain structured CRM hygiene and forecasting
Collaborate with onboarding and product teams to ensure successful customer go-lives
Represent Sign on Tab at events, conferences, and industry meetings in Greece
WHAT COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR:
Sales experience:
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in: SaaS / software, Healthcare IT or Medical technology with a software component
Experience selling complex or enterprise-level solutions
Confidence managing longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Skills & Mindset:
Strong discovery, qualification, and negotiation skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly without being highly technical
Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven approach
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
Entrepreneurial mindset — you will help shape our direct presence in Greece
Communication & Languages:
Native or professional-level Greek is mandatory
Strong English for internal communication and international collaboration
Candidate must currently live in Greece
Ways of Working:
Fully remote position
Comfortable collaborating with an international HQ and distributed teams
Confident using CRM systems, sales tools, and modern SaaS platforms
Self-driven and organised in day-to-day work
Practical Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel across Greece for meetings and relationship-building
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience in the Greek healthcare sector
Existing network within hospitals, healthcare groups, or healthcare IT
Familiarity with HIS / LIS systems and integrations
Understanding of procurement or tender processes
Knowledge of healthcare documentation workflows and compliance requirements
