Talenteek's client – TeamBit is the only official Platinum Atlassian Partner in Lithuania. The team helps clients get the most out of the Atlassian ecosystem by combining technical expertise, business understanding, and tailored solutions. As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple IT projects and work closely with clients, consultants, technical teams, and Atlassian.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage multiple IT projects end-to-end — from planning and kick-off to successful delivery.

• Plan project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets while managing risks, changes, and dependencies.

• Lead client communication, provide transparent project status, and ensure predictable delivery.

• Keep projects aligned with business goals and ensure deliverables meet the agreed Definition of Done.

• Support project teams by removing blockers and keeping focus on high-value work.

• Ensure delivery follows relevant ITIL practices, including Incident, Change, Request, and Problem Management.

• Track and report Atlassian-related activities and delivered services according to partner requirements.

• Work confidently with project documentation, including Statements of Work, contracts, and delivery-related agreements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and Atlassian representatives.

• Use AI tools to improve project planning, reporting, documentation, risk analysis, and decision-making.

• Use Atlassian Rovo and other AI-powered tools to quickly understand project context and find relevant information across systems — while always validating AI-generated insights against actual project data.

WHAT COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR:

• 2+ years of experience managing IT projects or service delivery.

• Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.

• Working knowledge of ITIL processes — Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.

• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive projects to successful delivery.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients and stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders while maintaining quality and delivery focus.

• Business-first mindset with the ability to prioritize work based on value.

• Ability to create transparency and predictability throughout project delivery.

• Confidence using AI in daily work for planning, reporting, analysis, and project coordination.

• Understanding of the Atlassian ecosystem and partnership model, including available support mechanisms, funding opportunities, and partner reporting expectations.

• Ability to stay calm under pressure, adapt to change, and keep projects moving forward.

• Experience managing projects involving Atlassian implementations and/or migrations.

• Experience working with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.

• Experience improving delivery processes rather than simply following existing ones.

SALARY RANGE:

EUR 3300–4300 gross, depending on your experience and competencies. The final agreed salary will depend on your experience and fit for the role.
